As part of a pitch concept, I was the lead creative tasked with redesigning and streamlining Specsavers online appointment booking system. The aim was to provide a clear and consistent message that Specsavers offer the best value eye and hearing care to all their customers, and the user journey needed to reflect this and exceed customer expectations every time. We reshaped the whole process from roughly sketching out the wireframes to producing an animated walkthrough of the whole booking procedure. We also looked at simplifying the website creating a more efficient and enjoyable user experience.
